I was somewhat hesitant in purchasing this product. Once I opened the box and turned my bluetooth setting on my phone and it paired. I received a call and it worked!! I have been struggling with my hearing on cell phones and this is a godsend! The only drawback is I wished the cord was longer to clip on but I still love it!
