Review : A great Bariatric 'Rollator' with a 500lb weight limit
I have been studying and searching for a "Rolling Walker", also known as a "Rollator", that is big enough for me.
I am 6'0", 370lbs, with a waist size of 56-58. (Hate typing that, but you need it to see if this will work for you).
This 'rolling walker' has a 500lb weight limit, the seat width is 18", and the narrowest point (between the handle bars) is 22.5 inches - use my size as a guide to see if this will work for you.
You can change the height of the handle-bars very simply in one inch steps - setting this up correctly for myself; you can add 3 more inches to the handle-bar height. I can sit very comfortably, nothing rubs against my legs, or body - best guess is I have roughly 2-3 inches of space around me when sitting. When walking, my arms are going straight down to the handle-bars - not too narrow, or too wide.
It feels like you are pushing an empty shopping cart - but with the added benefit of having your own chair right there with...
I think, explains the few gripe about Invacare Bariatric Rollator not fitting or leaking.
